What is Bio-Tuning®?
Bio-Tuning® is a sound-based method designed to support your nervous system and help your body return to balance.
In simple terms, it uses carefully designed sound frequencies to communicate with your brain and nervous system, helping them move out of stress and into a calmer, more regulated state.
Your body is constantly responding to stress — work pressure, emotional strain, past experiences, lack of rest, and mental overload. Over time, this keeps your nervous system “switched on,” making it harder to relax, focus, sleep, or heal properly.
Bio-Tuning® works by using sound to gently guide your system back toward its natural state of balance (also called homeostasis).
How Does It Work?
Your brain and nervous system operate through electrical and chemical signals. Sound is vibration, and vibration directly influences these signals.
During a Bio-Tuning® session:
• You listen to specially designed sound patterns through headphones
• These frequencies interact with your brainwaves and nervous system
• Your system shifts out of “fight or flight” and into “rest and repair”
• This allows the body and mind to settle and reset
Over time, and with daily repetition, this improves how you handle stress, emotions, focus, and recovery.
The Process:

Assessment (Session 1)
We begin by collecting information about how your system responds during a guided frequency collection process. The goal is to find YOUR personalized frequency which will be used to create your track.

Personal track creation
Your personal frequency and specific needs are used to generate a custom audio track built around very slow, restorative brainwave rhythms and specific sound layers.

Listening + repetition (Session 2 and beyond)
In your second session, you’ll listen to your individualized track and given a simple routine for use at home. Daily listening is what helps reinforce the shift over time by entraining your nervous system into Self Regulation
